Andreas Di Palma
Andreas is one of the founders of Xepient Solutions.
After working for over a decade as an IT consultant in Chicago, he moved to Spain in 2003 where he recognized the talent and market potential in the area. In 2004, Xepient Solutions was born as a formal company, to provide development and outsorcing services to local and international businesses.
As a member of a growing company, Andreas' roles are multiple, ranging from strategy formulation, project management, international relations and development.
Current projects responsibilities include the development of Open-SearchEngine and Open-DocumentLibrary.

M.Angeles Martínez
M.Angeles co-founded Xepient Solutions.
Having a strong business background, with more than 5 years experience as a business analyst, M.Angeles starts all projects with insight and imagination, making the complex simple. This same spirit is what she brings to Xepient Solutions.
M.Angeles' primary role is as a business analyst and project liaison. She is actively involved in the definition of nearly every project, always bringing new insight.

Rubén López
Rubén is one of the co-founders of Xepient Solutions.
Leveraging his 5 years of experience in the IT consulting area, he brings to Xepient Solutions a strong passion for development done right, and the ability to develop customer requirement into a coherent, flexible and easy to use applications with impeccable Database Modeling behind them.
Rubén's primary role is the leadership of the growing technical department and he is actively involved on all major development projects at Xepient Solutions.
Current projects he is responsible for include the development of Open-Events, Open-House, Open-SearchEngineReports as well as a number of ASP.NET projects for local and international clients.
